The concierge team made the impossible happen by getting us a booking in a restaurant that was fully booked. Nothing was too big or small a task for them. Will be back, best hotel in Madrid for sure. Amazing almond cake- don’t miss it!

The room is super good as Mandarin stands, the location is excellent with walking distance to most places while besides the park it's even more peaceful to have a good rest after a day city walk. The bellman, reception and the concierge are all super nice and helpful.
